All components of the lightning tower are made of Q235 steel. The processing method adopts factory prefabrication and on-site assembly. The connection method is mainly bolts, and hot-dip galvanizing is done for anti-corrosion. If welding is required on site, anti-corrosion treatment must be carried out immediately after welding. For the galvanized layer, when the thickness of the plated part is between 3mm and 6mm, the galvanizing thickness should reach more than 70 microns; when the thickness of the plated part is 6mm and above, the galvanizing thickness must reach more than 85 microns. During the installation process, the theodolite must be used to accurately measure the verticality of the center of the tower to ensure that the inclination of the tower does not exceed 3/1000 of the height of the main tower. At the same time, the deviation of the center line of the upper and lower horizontal planes of each section of the tower should be controlled within 1/750 of the node height.
