Power pole production process:

1. Raw material preparation

The main materials of steel electric pole include angle steel, steel plate, steel pipe and bolts, etc., which must be strictly inspected to ensure compliance with national standards and design requirements.

2. Design and planning

Develop a detailed power pole tower structure design plan.

3. Parts processing

Including a series of processing processes such as cutting, hole making, bending, root cleaning, back shoveling, and correction to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of parts.

4. Prefabricated components and surface treatment

The processed parts will be assembled into prefabricated components, including the tower body, crossarms, tower legs and other parts.

5. Assembly and inspection

During assembly, ensure that the position and angle of each component are accurate. We will conduct appearance inspection, physical performance testing and chemical composition analysis on power poles.
