Welding of Transmission Line Poles

Transmission line poles can be made 18/16/14/12/10/8/6 sided. All sections are connected by overlap or flanges. We have 2 sets of bending machines available with capacity of 16000tons and 24000tons respectively. In the steel plate processing workshop, all the steel plates will be cut, bent and welded and then polished to remove any burrs and uneven areas. All the pole and accessaries will be hot-dip galvanized and the thickness will follow the clients’ requirement. There are 4 types of foundations: independent foundation, raft foundation, pile foundation, combined foundation. We will design and adopt the foundation type according to the exposure category and topgraphic category. All the electrical steel pole will be packed by plastic cloth or bubble wrap. When installing the electrical steel poles, cranes are generally used.
